Effect One - CrosshatchStart with a blended graphic: Right click on the layer, then go to duplicate: Then, making sure your on the duplicated layer, go to the top where it says filter >> brush strokes >> crosshatch: Now, change these options: Stroke length- 11 Sharpness - 4 Strength - 2 Then click ok Then right click on the duplicated layer and go to 'Blending options'. You can then either change the opacity or change 'Normal' to whatever suites your graphic the best. Its up to you. Then click ok, add brushes and text to taste, and you have your final image

I always thought they were something similar...but when you look at it there almost completely different. Made for the same things but you do it totally different ways.
